on my 4 wheeler i painted it blue and i want to change the color, i cant paint over it, it has to many scratches, i want to take the paint off and then sand it down, and it is to hard to sand it with the paint on it, and i dont have an electric sander. so what can i use other than paint thinner to get the paint off, i want to do it tonight and i dont want to have to go to the store.

I don't know what you've done to the ATV that you have to repaint it tonight. The only thing I can think of is to wet sand it to remove the scratches then redo it. But if you can go to a store like Walmart tonight there is a paint stripper that you can spray on, let it sit for like 10 minutes and the paint the peel right off. It would be a heck of alot easier than wet sanding it.

Sassy2 is right. Why don't you give your skin a nice massage with oil. Rub the oil on nicely so your skin absorbs it. Keep it on for 2 hours or so and then scrub it nicely when you go for a bath. Be careful with this. Using chemicals on skin such as paint thinner ar scratching it off will adversely affect your skin. It may take time to get it off this way, though. But it won't harm your skin.

Just wash and scuff the paint with sandpaper. Put on a couple heavy coats of primer. Sand the primer. Fill scratches with spot putty. Prime , sand and paint.
