Hmm it sounds to me like you have a sinus infection.
A sinus infection is really mucous clogging your sinuses. Your sinuses can be located in your forehead, cheeks and nose. And its very painful, you feel alot of pressure and dizziness, painful headaches and pressure in your ears.
An ear infection however, is very different!
An ear infection can present itself in the back of your ear in the cartilage, and inside your ear. Its extremely painful, and you notice a COMPLETE change in your balance, not only that, but you will feel extreme pressure in your eardrums, and its usually called ostitis, an infection or inflammation of the ear.
Usually the infection begins to eat at the ear drum, most ear drums can grow back on their own. If not they need to be operated on.
hope this helps!

ear infection is classified into .. inlammation of extenal ear ( otitis externa ) - middle ear ( otitis media ) - internal ear ( otitis interna )
inflammation of middle ear might make similar symptoms but its more severe and more dangerous.. i dont think you got inflammation in the ear ..

sinus headache is a throbbing pain in the area of the sinus
frontal sinus - in forehead
ethmoid sinus - in between eyes
maxillary sinus - in the cheek
sphenoid sinus - felt in the back of the head
accompanied with dizziness

whats is a sinus ? its a bony cavity within the skull bones lined with mucous membrane.

sinusitis may be
1-inflammatory : accompanied with mucopurulent discharge (contain mucous and pus) .. redness and odema inside the nose

2- allergic : either persistent allover the year or seasonal like that of spring against pollens .. accompanied by sneezing and pruritis

also sorethroat with closure of inlet of eustachian tubes causes headache and dizziness and pain deep to the ears toward your throat with disturbance of equilibrium

according to this information you might diagnose it yourself
or you'd better see a doctor

a sinus infection is basically allergies. you sneeze, your head hurts between your eyes, you sinuses drain so your throat probably hurts, runny nose...ear infection is different. your ears have too much fluid in them and can cause headaches, dizziness, and redness and pain in the ear. your symptoms sound like an ear infection.

You should be fine, just try to rest and take paracetamol and plenty of liquid, as long as you don't have a raised temp you just have to ride it out, it should only last a week or so. If you are concerned or become concerned do go back to the dr - peace of mind can do wonders for making you feel better quicker.
