He thinks that the freedom given to Ronaldinho in Barcelona's scheme of things is to blame for his poor form with the national team....

I think he's wrong, Ronaldinho should have all the freedom in Brazil just like in Barca...

You are correct: players that have that kind of talent (fantasy, dribbling, assist-man, etc...) should NEVER be restrained by any scheme or specific role!
I am talking about players like Maradona, Pele`, R. Baggio... all typical N. 10 who should be free of any specific consignment but... play as they know!
Ronaldinho is the best player in the world and if he is not happy in Barcellona, AC Milan is ready to sign him at any time!

No I don't agree with you. If Ronaldinho is a great football player that has won the Golden ball and 2 times the FIFA World player, he should be able to play in a certain role. Maradona or Pele' didn't have all the freedom they wanted. Maradona was a play-maker and played in the 3/4 of the pitch while Pele' was a striker and played as such. Nobody asked from Ronaldinho defensive work or things like that (although I think a great football player should be able to do that) but they just asked him to play a certain role in the pitch. If Dunga would give freedom to Ronaldinho then he should give the same freedom to Kaka', to Robinho etc. They are players of great fantasy too. He should treat all his players equally or Ronaldinho should be treated more harshly coz of the kind of player he is and the prizes he has won, not the contrary. It is time for Ronaldinho to show he is a real football player, able to play for the national team as well as for Barça, not just someone who likes to do tricks of magic but can't play for the team and lead the other players

Ronaldinho's moral is down .. thats why he's not in form ..

Ronaldinho plays from his heart. and i really noticed that last season in the match of the UEFA champion league .. Barcelona - Penfica ..when he missed a penalty kick (denied by the keeper) and then after minutes he scored the first goal for Barcelona . he cried .. In any match if Ronaldinho made something looks good and the fans loved it . he feels happy and confident. a smile appears on his face . and he gives you the best football he got .. if he failed to do something he tried to do . he lose concentration and cant play the rest of the match

since the world cup and untill now with Barca . Ronaldinho is not in his form and HE STOPPED SMILING like before ....
