I'm sure there were some.
However inconvenient the truth may be to certain parties however, the KKK was almost entirely a phenomenon of the southern wing of the Democratic Party. It had to do with the Civil War, and white southerners thought of the Republican party in the worst possible light. Most blacks were actually Republicans until the 1950s or 1960s(and I'm not certain why they changed, because Civil Rights legislation, particularly early civil rights legislation, owed its success to the Republicans. Look up the roll call votes), but due to political oppression, I don't think there was a Republican elected to statewide office anywhere in the old Confederacy from 1876 to at least the end of the 1930s, and not in significant numbers until the 1970s.

David Duke is the only one I can think of. But the GOP never game him much support and he had a very limited political career.
Now on the other hand, Robert Byrd, Democrat Senator of W. Virginia was in the KKK and is a senior member of the Democrat Party.
It is also useful to remember that it was the GOP that ended slavery. The KKK was primarily an instrument of the southern democrats, the southern democrats opposed black civil rights for about 100 years after the civil war.

Undoubtedly - the KKK has been a fairly decent sized organization, and it's more than likely that a number of their members have been Republicans. (And ignore the folks who say the Democratic Party started the KKK - they don't understand the difference between "The Democratic Party started..." and "People who belonged to the Democratic Party started..."

Mostly Southern Democrats. It was launched as part of a terror campaign against Republican lawmakers and judges throughout the South during Reconstruction.
