But, as far as cuisine, I really like to include as wide of a range of food as I can with every meal. My favorite meal, I prepare one course at a time, is steamed muscles and sauteed prawns with a Manhattan - a salad with as wide a range of leaves, nuts, and berries as possible - a small serving of sherbet - a roast, lamb chops, rib, chops, or nice steak marinaded in olive oil, garlic , salt and pepper charcoal smoked and grilled, steamed carrots and snap peas, pasta with only butter, with a 1976 Napa Cabernet - and an apple tart with a small scoop of whole milk vanilla ice-cream with a heated B&B in a snifter.
Other than that, I vary between Mexican, Japanese, Irish, and fish, mostly, even though I often cook things like pheasant, venison, duck, and wild boar in varying marinades and gravies.

I like them all as well.
I guess it all depends on the mood I'm in or the mood my wife is in. If we're in a new city, we look at reviews. We tend not to like chains.
