I have seen her show and she makes some darn good stuff! But can a basic cook make her stuff??

I think she is the real McCoy.
But I am Southern also so I may be biased.
Her recipes are simple...even my hubby can make great meals from her ideas.
The Lady & Sons restaurant in Savannah, Georgia stays packed w/ lines wrapping around the corner.
I haven't been able to eat there while on vacation but would love to.
Her 2 sons (Jamie & Bobby) are cute & funny as all get out on Road Tasted (food channel).
They are like 2 little mischievious boys...

Yes. She's awesome and I love her like family. I make her recipes all the time. Most of the cooking I do now is from different cooks on foodnetwork. Giada, Rachael, Tyler, Paula, Guy, Michael, and now Nigella.

I think she is a great cook in the old traditional matter of family recipies being passed down from generation to generation. She makes simple, tasty food that can be enjoyed by the entire family.

She's a great cook.I think a basic cook can follow her recipes and even make modifications on them such as using less butter or turkey instead of pork. (She'd probably crack me upside the head me with one of her frying pans for saying that though lol) I love her dearly and really enjoy watching her show.

Paula is awesome! You can make her sutff and it will taste good--just might not look exactly like hers,that will take practice. enjoy the cooking and eating.

Oh yeah!!!! We use Paulas honey mustard recipe at the restaurant I work at and my boss is all the time picking something out of her cookbook to make. Get one of her recipe books and go for it!!!!

She is a down home southern cook. I think is you go to her site on the Food NetWork the directions are pretty clear.
I am a huge fan.

yes its her sanitary practices i cant stand - if you are cooking you should not be sucking or licking anything i have seen her stick her tongue in a chocolate fountain and i want to gag
