i've been wanting to see one, out of morbid curiosity, but i don't want to get sent to jail for it

am not saying i would enjoy watching one, but its like, something i would want try to at least once, just to say i have tried it, i prefer videos as a rule lol

Not exactly, no. You can possess it if you are legally an adult. BUT some states prohibit the sale or movement of pornographic material, which essentially means you can't purchase it in the state and you can't transport it anywhere within the state. Georgia has some laws to this effect, but they aren't all that effective.

Most (if not all) snuff videos are fake. I don't think it's illegal to watch them.

i don't think watching one is illegal, but making it definitely is because it's involved in the process of a murder.
