Why can't this be normal?

People believe this becuase in today's society many people are anxious to lose there virginity to quote "be normal." However, this has nothing to do with being normal. In my opinion- there is no "normal." Everyone has there own decisions to make in life. I admire you for choosing to cherish your virginity. Please, continue setting an example for others.

Well it could be jealousy, not very many females are virgins they may also be a virgin just not wanting to admit it ...... some think its cool to have slept around a lot by 21..... well I think there is nothing wrong with it being a virgin at 21

I have never heard anyone say that.Look up to Jessica Simpson,she was a virgin at 21.

Because people are not used to virgins being that age. Our society has far shifted from the days of saving yourself for marriage. With that said, you still should not be pressured by the thoughts of others. More people need to save themselves.

you are wrong. still i m virgin (26). but i am ot a gay. basically these thing are comig from tradition. from indian culture, we cant have sex b4 marriage. i think this is the best way for may solutions.
for western countries these virginity s not a diginity but lag of oppurtunity.
be proud tat you have keeping tis from ur mind.
you can enjoy ur life for these much of waiting

You can wait. You are not refraining from anything you can't do later. I didn't lose it till much later, when I thought I could totally deal with any consequences. Not gay, do not regret I waited. It is not normal because it is not the "trend", it's just wiser.

It's very normal. The one's who think it can't be are the ones with the problem. Stick to your guns! I truly wish I had waited longer. It's not worth it until you are emotionally ready to deal with any consequences that could come from it.

well, maybe some people were just jealous by the fact that you are still a virgin while they are not bUt, don't be affected by that..
