Honestly, overall, I'd have to say glucose. Through the process of glycolysis, glucose can produce 4 ATP (anaerobic) to almost 40 ATP (aerobic). It is a tricky kinda question though. ATP is definately higher than cAMP or ADP. ATP is the main energy source that cells can utilize quickly. But, I'm definately leaning towards glucose.

glucose because the plant use the ATP & NADPH in Calvin Cycles to fixe co2 c6h12o6 (glucos) .
ADP need one phosphat to form ATP so ADP do not have any energy
I do not knew about cAMP.
