Alcohols all come in different strenghts, so depending on their dilution levels some will evaporate quicker than others.

By alcohols, I assum you mean different types of alcohols (eg methanol, ethanol, propanol, etc).

Boiling point generally increases with molecular weight, so as the size (number of carbon atoms ~ molecular weight) of the alcohol increases so does the boiling point.
