Why suppose anything is created. I have never ever seen anything created. All I have ever seen is things change form and get rearranged. My own suspicion is that space, time, mass and energy are the result of mathematics not some creation event. I base that on the observation that physics laws are mathematical. The simplest explanation between the apparent isomorphism between math and physics is that physics is math. I admit physics doesn't look like math but then consider how would math look from inside itself if the parts that were observable were selected by the selection effect of conscious existence.

Science can only go back to the creation of the universe: the Big Bang. Beyond that there is no time and no evidence for anything else.
By asking "who", you are in part answering your own question because you believe that "somebody" is responsible. Your question is more about faith than science and therefore should have been posted in the Religion section.

God is the guy who created this universe and notice what Quran says approximately it ,Surat Al-Baqarah 2:163,164,a hundred sixty five And your god is one God. there is not any deity [worth of worship] different than Him, the entirely Merciful, the tremendously Merciful. certainly, in the introduction of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail for the period of the sea with that which reward human beings, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving existence thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein each [style of] shifting creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs and indicators for a people who use reason. And [yet], between the all of us is people who take different than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [could] love Allah .

There is no good answer to your question. At this moment there is no hard evidence than anyone created the universe.

It was Mr Rintolia who was bored one Sunday (for he had named the days already) so he jumped on his JCB and started to furrow in the mysterious blanket of time. Either that or somebody was having a laugh.

Tao. From Tao came one. From one came yin and yang. From the interaction of yin and yang came the universe. Tao is the "mystery of mysteries" and is unfathomable. If I tried to explain to you what Tao is, it is not that. I don't know, nobody does. The wise course is to leave it at that.

I'm not traditionally religious, but, the more and more we make scientific discoveries (DNA, String theory etc) the more we can only come to the conclusion that it is not chance, it is a divine plan.
