Yep, quite a lot of people have covered it. Here's a few, and the album the version appears on:
Me First & The Gimme Gimmies / Have A Ball
Jimmy Buffett / Jimmy Buffett Live At Fenway Park (Disc 1)
Bobby Womack / Greatest Hits
The Drifters / The Very Best Of The Drifters
Roy Orbison / Roy Orbison Live at the BBC
Daniel O'Donnell / Jukebox Years
Frank Sinatra / The Complete Reprise Studio Recordings
I have also heard a live bootleg version by Guster (remember them?)
Hope that helps!

Dave Matthews Band played Fenway on July 8, and did a cover of the song as a tribute, (we know how you Sox Fans love that song..) but I don't know if it's available anywhere... someday... maybe. But WHY NOT NEIL?? He Rocks!
