im so confused!!
will squats make your hips...butt...and thighs bigger...or smaller????

i have some people telling me bigger and i have some saying smaller...Whats the truth?

Weight training is used to tone or increase muscle mass. If you want to gain muscle mass use heavy weight, to tone use lite weights more reps.

I think your muscles will seem bigger and stronger coz you will loose some of your fats
