Wow, this brings back memories. when I was pregnant I had a cold every other month. Sometimes I couldnt breathe just like you can't...through the nose. I wouldn't take anything for it. I was so strict on myself with my pregnancy..i didnt allow any meds, caffeine or anything. I remember though asking my doctor about medicine...and they said DO NOT take ibuprofen. I remember her saying acetametaphin if that is how u spell it (tylenol) .
I just found this link. Maybe you could read it and it will help you out more:

Oh yeah and also i was told not to take any cough drops with menthol in it.

Not much - the cold will run its course and you will have to endure it. Mine dragged on for 2.5 weeks but cleared up just in time for Christmas.

My OB allowed Sudafed, Tylenol, and Robetussin.
That was it.
And every OB has a different list of approved/non-approved drugs.

My doc let me take Sudafed. That helped the congestion immensely.

Only Tylenol and you can take Sudafed if dr.allows it.It's alot of chemicals and drugs in these medicines so you have to be careful of what you take.
