a black eyeliner or white eyeliner i usually use black but i wondering should i change it. and whats the difference between the white and the black eyeliner.

you wear white eyeliner to open up your eyes. For example if you just woke up and you had to be like somewhere important than you should wear white eyeliner. Black is a neutral color that everyone uses if you want something new, try using dark blue or even brown. They should look nice.

U can try almost any color of eyeliner. It just depends what exact color of your eyes to make them pop out meaning bring out. If u have a shade of blue eyes, u might get a lighter color blue to bring them out more. Someone with brown eyes, black is usually better but can also use brown. Grey eyes could be brought out with green, blue. Green eyes can do a lighter color of green also. I have hazel eyes and I do u black but when I want to bring them out i use a sky blue, purple r green. White eyeliner can be used but u could try 1 of the other colors so it doesn't b so harsh. Use a thin mark for lids and try put a blue right on top of it. U could also use the smudge method. Make-up is about what looks good on u and what u think that looks good to rock it.

Use black eyeliner on top for a slight shadow, and on the bottoms use white (especially in the mornings, it makes your eyes pop!) But use black right on your bottom eyelash line along with the white(use very litte)!

White eyeliner is supposed to make your eyes look bigger and more open...on some people, it just looks creepy.
Some people say black makes your eyes look smaller, but I think it all depends on how you apply it.

generally black suits most ppl as it makes the eyes look bigger, but some specialists suggest blue or green for different eye colours. To be honest though it depends on what you feel happiest in. Try them both and see how you feel about them. The whole point of makeup is to make u feel confident

you should wear black eyeliner. i think that white eyeliner would just kind of look...weird... NO OFFENSE! but yeah just wear black. it's pretty =]

I go for natural look. Dark brown in powder like eyeshadow, it gives a softer more natural look.
If your hair is black go black otherwise try a softer look.

almay because it stays on really well. it dosent run when u cry, or smuge when it rains. Mableline is a nice brand for eyeshadows but NOT NOT NOT eyeliner

Black, drawn thinly so you don't look silly. Makeup should make you look like you but make people say " Damn!!! She looks so good and without makeup!!"
