i had bought a contract for 3 phones from a company(Phones4u). i was promised my cashback every month but now the company suddenly vanished without paying my 4 months cashback($600 approx.).now the service provider says it has nothin to do with it.
i don no what to do.
help me plz.

It's spelled "exist". The rest of your post is drivel. You assume with no facts in evidence a designer and then try to fit actual facts around your assumption. That's not the way it works. You must POSIT a designer and then show testable and verifiable evidence for one and only then, after showing that the designer exists, may you move on to what has been "designed".

Your money is gone unless the company files bankrupcy and you can get listed as a debtor. I would talk to a lawyer, but $600 is probably not enough to justify using a lawyer.

If the company was legitimate, they will have filed Bankruptcy proceedings. You can make a claim for restitution. Unfortunately, people file Bankruptcy because there is no money. If there is any, the Bankruptcy lawyers determine who gets restitution with what is left.
