I have Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team I have Friend Areas How do I get Pokemon to appear so I can Capture Them?

well first, u have to defeat them and u have to have a certain friend area. if u open the menu, it should say "recruit search" somewhere (i have the ds version so check, cause im not sure 4 the red version). second, you have to be a higher level than the pokemon u r trying to recruit. if u have a friend ribbon, the chance of recruiting will increase. if ur recruiting legendaries, you need to visit them again after the credits roll in order to recruit them. some pokemon, like (before credits) magnemite and absol, u will get from an event. others (after credits) are latias, latios, gardevoir, and maybe some others are also from events. i have blue rescue team. yet to meet groudon...i died at B21F!!!!! SOOO CLOSE! TT_TT

the first friend you get is magnemite and he stays at the powerplant. Then after that you have to go to places and when you battle a pokemon it might want to join you r team, but if it faint it can't talk to you, in Mt. Steel there is an Aron, and in Sinister woods there is a Ledyba.

If you fight a Pokemon in a friend area, you will have a small chance of the pokemon willing to join your team if you defeat it.
