Put some cotton batting on your head, a white tube or a white plastic bag on your body over white cloths and hang some white clothes line from the center of your waistband in the back so that it comes out from under the tube or the plastic bag. You can be a Tampax if you use cardboard or a Playtex tampon if you use the plastic bag.

If you've got a great body, you could just wear black or red underwear and paint it like a superhero. I did that two years ago and won 500 bucks in prizes. It was also pretty cool to be almost naked in front of hundreds. You can also use dark paint to emphasize and enhance the contours of your muscles.
