When the Bible says he "fell" it does not mean a litteral falling, like someone who trips and falls, it meant falling in a spiritual sence.
But yes, Satan and his followers continue to move throughout the earth, seeking for whome they might devour.

The Bible dosnt say but Jesus did say that he saw satan fall to earth as if it were a bolt of lighting.
