girl invite him to ur party u need to! Also to find out if he like u ask him who he like and see wat he say if he say he don't wanna tell u 9 times out of ten if u aren't the only one one of the people he likes is u. If he shows any signs of flirtation then ask him to the party when he comes dance wit him and ask him out when u and him r aone together! so then no one can say anything about it. Then if he say yes he is yours. kiss him. if not then ask him to just be friends from now on just be friends and eventually u and him will give it a try and u will be happy then it finally happened!

Watch his body language. Does he move in close to you when you chat? does he shuffle his feet like he's nervous? toy fight with you? etc etc. I'd ask him to the party as a sort of casual thing n see what happens.

INVITE HIM!!!! definitely! and if he likes you, youll know. trust me, if he likes you, he will flirt a lot. i flirt ALL the time with girls i like, and guys dont like not knowing things just as much as girls, so just tell him that you like him. it will be awkward at first, but it will pass.
