All depend, if he is refering to others than yourself and he is lying, yes, if he is telling the truth, no, dump her. On the other hand if he is refering to she is frisky to you, you should either tell him to mind his own business or tell her there is a time and place for everything and in public that is not the place, all depending on how you want to run your live and of course taking into consideration that there is limits to everything in public and you do need to respect the social standard that are the norm around you.
