how can u find your proxy adress and port number? so that u could put it in your psp for the internet?

If you're on a home network, you probably don't have a proxy.
If you're on a corp network that doesn't default route to the Internet, you probably do and you would need to ask your admin or check your internet explorer browser settings.

You shouldn't need to do any of that. Chances are, you're not even running a proxy. Just find a way to make the PSP autodetect the settings. That's what 95% of hardware seems to do nowadays.
