i met this girl on a chatroom, and i really like her, and i think she really likes me, but i lied to her about my age. i said i was a year older than i was. i know we wont have a chance because of my age, but i still want to be friends. how do i tell her that i lied and my real age without her getting to mad to talk to me?

You simply tell her that you lied about your real age and that you hope she isn't mad at you.

well i can't imagine that one year could make that much of a difference, but i did that once, lied to someone over the Internet about my age. i actually lied by about 3 years! the person i was talking to was a bit angry and surprised at first, but he liked me, so it was OK and we kept being Friends.
if you really like this girl, and you think she likes you, go ahead with it, lies in a relationship only lead to more trouble.

there realy isnt a way to put it where she wont be mad in some way but look just tell her that you realy like and you are sorry but you lied that you are not the age you said you where but you are the age you realy are

the truth does not set you free. you will probably feel shame and regret if you tell her. and serious embarassment. just dont tell her and move on. unless you think theres a big chance she wont mind and will forgive you. cause girls are more forgiving with these things than guys. so i suppose if you believe it can surive your little lie, then tell the truth. but if not, save yourself the embarassment.
