If you can handle it, drink a cup of vinegar and chase it with lots of water. Drink a lot of water over the next 24 hours and be sure to urinate frequently. The acid in the vinegar will react with most of the residual THC and the water will mobilize it to help with excretion. It is very important that you do not exercise during this purging process, as it may release some sequestered THC from your fat cells. If you wish to do it both days, it couldn't hurt.
After that, I recomend not using any more drugs if you need to be tested.

Tests are very sophisticated. Depending on the lab, a sample of your hair can have traces of it three months back.
Things to buy in a head shop don't work. All the do is take your money.
If you are doing a drug screen for your p.o. you may be in trouble. If you drinks lots of anything they can tell because your urine will be diluted.
The best thing to do is to not smoke dope.

In the places where you purchase paraphenalia they often sell body cleansers/flushes. I dont know how well they work but im told they are really good. But to be honest, if you've smoked recently, i dont see your chances of passing as very good regardless, but i guess it cant hurt to try. Go on a water fast until then, flush out your system as best as you can and hope for the best. And QUIT SMOKING POT if you know you could be randomly tested for it. Is it worth the costs if you dont pass?

Get yourself a gallon of cranberry juice or orange juice, pour or drink a glass. Then add 3 shots of vinegar. Drink whole gallon day before. You will pas guarantee. Had a friend smoke a blunt then do this day before a piss test and pass.

Even with the cleaners on the market, there is no guarantee. I have seen people try to use them after not smoking for weeks and it still did not work. Marijuana stays in your system the longest and can even be detected in your hair follicles years after you have stopped using.
