For school, I need to know: what is a natural predator of a honey bee and a box elder beetle?

Both bees and beetles are eaten by birds, frogs, lizards, praying mantises, and spiders.

The small hive beetle (aethina tumida) is very destructive to bee colonies, and can reduce an otherwise strong colony to a non-producer, or even destroy the colony entirely, in a matter of weeks...
At the moment, there is no legal pesticide or biological predator to use against the box elder beetle... A systemic pesticide, imidacloprid, commonly used on sucking insects like aphids and fleas, is being tested for effectiveness by the Agriculture Department...

The worst predator for Honey Bees is the Varroa Mite. Varroa Mites are tiny arachnids (spider cousins). Varroa Mites weaken the Honey Bee's immune system, which makes them vulnerable to diseases.

I don't know about the beetle, maybe birds?

There is a kind of bird called the Bee Eater that, prior to eating a bee, rubs the bee's abdomen against a rough surface, like a branch, to remove the stinger. If that doesn't do it, the bird pinches the area where stinger protrudes from abdomen with it's beak and squeezes the poison out. Source: David Attenbourough's the Life of Birds.

it's a bird called the bee-eater, and beetles are eaten by lots of things such as spiders, monkeys, birds, etc.
