I've heard you can put a dot of the white toothpaste on it and it will dry it out and make the swelling go down.

Try using Visine to get the redness down then ice it for 30 seconds. It helps a little... but it certainly wont' make it go away. Just remember other people are not even paying attention to the small zit on your face you just think they are.

you may no longer do away with a zit over evening, yet you may shrink it and dry it up. try some toothpaste on it for over evening. Then, contained in the morning, approximately 2-3 hours earlier doing what you will desire to do, placed some VISINE eye drops on it. this could dry it up and shrink it, besides as take the redness out.

You can use any of the "one spot treatments."
Acne Free has a product called that, and so does Clean and Clear. It works wonders!! Toothpaste(at least for me) REALLY dries out the area around the pimple, and also sometimes burns the skin off!Good luck

Put a bit of mud mask on it. It will draw the oil out naturally without marking your face. By morning it should nearly be gone.

Small calibre hand gun... no just kidding.
Hot salty compresses applied directly to the zit. You can use cotton balls.

if you have oily skin, put toothpaste on it overnight.. a small glob will due.. it should be a little bit popped. It will sting a little though. If you have dry skin, don't try this, it just makes your skin dry worse.

use a cream with Benzoyl Peroxide (its very strong, so use it on spot treatment on the pimple). it will usually reduce the size and redness.
wash your face everynight with an exfoliating scrub with salicilic (sp?) acid to keep your face clear! :)
