It's only funny until somebody gets hurt and then it's just HILARIOUS!!

I'm sure the other people in the jail cells would get a boot outta seeing a clown in costume come into the jail (that is if they allowed him to stay in full outfit)..........wonder if in his sentencing he would have to perfom for all the inmates.......what a tough crowd that would be.

Absolutely. More so in fact because of the severly twisted levels of irony involved in the act. I mean Pennywise was a scream (Pun intended).
