The original Nightmare onElm Street was, to me, scary. But, there were some scary movies from back in the day that scared the crap out of me. "The Last House on the Left" was one of them. By Wes Craven. man, was that scary!

I'm old school and choose the original Nightmare on Elm Street and the first 5 Friday the 13th. Yea, scared me when I was young and still freak me out a bit now.
