1993 mercury capri airbag code- 10 blinks?

At night I can see my air bag light faintly blinking. it blinks ten times, stops, then starts the sequence again: anyone know what this code means? thanks!

i never never try to out guess an airbag system alyays take it in to a quilified mechanic this is where guessing could cost you your life
