i have made sevral countertops all 45 corners now some1 wants a 90 round corner on a island how can this b done easly . some1 know of a place 2 order blanks or do i have 2 build the corners up please help thank u bobo

Never made oak rounded corners either but try this. Make your counter top be sure to put oak edging on first and to cut out a
6" x 6" oak block and put it at each corner. Laminate and then round with jig saw or router. you could make a template with mdf for your rounded corners and route with a straight bit to cut top. Hope this helps, make any changes you think might work better.

get your length. use string and tie pencil (standing pencil up)
tape other end of string to counter top. then pull string tight and with pencil standing vertical- mark your semi circle. use jig saw to cut close along pencil mark.
then use router to smooth cut clean mark.
