That would not be considered rape. Rape is the act of forcing penetrative sexual acts, against another's will through violence, force, threat of injury, or other duress, or where the victim is unable to decline, due to the effects of drugs or alcohol. It would, however, be considered sexual assault. Read up about it on the following website - and consider contacting the authorities.
www.4woman.gov/faq/sexualassault.htm
WHOEVER UP THERE SAID IT IS ONLY RAPE IF THERE IS INTERCOURSE IS AN IDIOT - ANY PENETRATION OF THE LABIA - HOWEVER SLIGHT - COULD BE RAPE IF THE CIRCUMSTANCES FIT THE CRIME. THIS INCLUDES PENETRATION BY THE FINGERS OR THE MOUTH OR EVEN A FOREIGN OBJECT.

Rape??? That's not even close to rape!! The actual definition of rape is he tore off your clothes and shoved is Pen*s in your vag*na and forced you to have sex with him -no matter how much u protested and told him not too, he forced you.
Sexual assualt is when someone does something sexual to you with out ur consent (i.e. he fingered you or he grabbed your breast or he pinched your butt without your permission) But if he stopped once you told him to stop it's not rape
What I would do if I were you is, I would talk to him and warn him that if he does anything like that again you will go to the cops; Make sure he understands that you were uncomfortable!!
However you shouldn't of sat all over his lap and stuff, men are easily aroused, It's not ur fault at all but I hope that you learned your lesson!!

Not rape but sexual assault, you might want to press charges but I think you should just talk with his sister or something and demand an apology. He could thought it was ok but he did stop when you told him to. Would it be worth it to ruin him just because of that? And also are you sure he did it on purpose the pressure from the other people on top of you might have pushed you into his finger.

If you say no and he stops, it is not rape. Anyway, rape refers to the actual act of having sex. If he was just fingering you, and he continued to even after you asked him to, that would be molestation. The definition of rape is:
the unlawful compelling of a woman through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.
But he did not do anything wrong if you asked him to stop and he did.
Maybe you gave your friends' brother the impression that it was okay to do what he did.... I mean your chest and crotch WERE against him....

This was merely a sexual advance === IT IS CALLED 3rd base people HELLO,,,,, He was only there for a few seconds and when asked to stop he did it. Did he make comments on your area or continue to make attempts the rest of the night ?? I would leave it alone and if he continues then take it to the authorities and write this one off as a horny teenage boy

No, you were not raped. The definition of rape is unlawful sexual intercourse without the consent of the other person. What the boy did to you is not considered sexual intercourse although he was touching you inappropriately. It is lucky for him that he stopped when you asked him to.

It is rape if you didn't want him to, and if you were nude, and he stuck his finger(s) inside you.
