Just ask him...if you really want to know.... but, before you do, make sure you know the consequences of getting involved with someone at work... your co-workers will treat you differently.... your boss may treat you differently (he maybe easier on you or he may expect you to work harder for him)... if your co--workers notice the special treatment then they will most likely become more resentful of you. ... and if the relationship does not work out you might find work to be a miserable place to be unless one or both of you find another job. Not saying you should or should not do it but you should be aware of the pros and cons of a work place romance. Oh, and BTW if you think he has a thing for you ... he probably does.... women are typically good as sensing this sort of thing whereas us guys are just oblivious. Good luck.
