i have an underglow kit on my car and where i live i believe its illegal to have it on so instead of leaving it on all the time is it possible to attach it to my brake, so it could only turn on when i step on the brake

Yes it is possible, but it would take some custom wiring, you would have to install a push button switch in the power line for your lights, then mount that on your brake. Instead of doing that I normally mount the switch underneath the steering wheel on lower dash. That way it is always in reach of your hands, but nobody can see it there.

Just go to radio shack and buy some wire and a switch. If you were going to mount it on the brake I would use a push button switch instead of a rocker switch. If you have an questions email me markball14@yahoo.com. I love doing projects like this.

You can take your car to a shop and they can "splice" it into the wiring for your brakes. do not try yourself if you don't know what you're doing.

yes, you can spice it into the brake line, if you have a sensor, just check the wire, and splice it in.........but you know those things are cheesey
