In mainstream porno movies, they have to have a statement saying they are complying with U.S. Code and that they have verified all the ages. These video sites that have nudity do not seem to have the same rules. I'm talking about these sites where people can upload their own videos...without naming names of the sites.

Thats because its user generated content. I doesn't fall under the same regulations as any other video industry. Think of it as Amature videos.. like home videos.. Do you ever see any warnings?

i think the sites owners should regulate their customers videos before posting them...allow a 24 hour gap between upload and actually posting...and if the site owner is not willing to do that...then let the government step in and shut it down...

It is ludicrous to try and regulate content on the internet. Parents need to take the initiative and regulate what their children access on the internet.

nope. i don't think they should be because i don't believe the government should be allowed to interfere in the lives and activities of people nearly as much as they already do, let alone more...

Yes tighter regs are needed & there should be penaltys to go allonge with them.
