How do I create this?

How do I create those spaces where you enter your username and password if you want to sign up for something in Frontpage? If somebody can please instruct for how to make a website, it will be much appreciated. Please e-mail me at blunte1@yahoo.com. Thanks.

Go to this site and it will let you make a website and walk you through all the steps. it is very easy. You can check out my Hoempage in 360 and get my website addree to look it over. It is also FREE.
