Who will play where in round 2, in the different scenarios possible depending on who wins the divisional series?

Padres vs. Mets: Mets have home field
Padres vs. Dodgers: Padres have home field
Cardinals vs. Mets: Mets have home field
Cardinals vs. Dodgers: Cardinals have home field.

Now that we know it is Mets vs. Cardinals, the format is...
2 games in NY, 3 games in ST Louis, and then 2 more games in NY (if necessary).
