It can actually reduce the risk of death if taken right as heart attack is coming on. It is actually good for your heart. They have done extensive studies on this and have shown proof that Bayer aspirin is heart healthy. Yes children under a certain age should not taken asprin though we took it as kids and never had problems.

Bayer aspirin? No, it is excellent for your heart. For years now, they have recommended that older men and anyone with heart disease to take 1/2 an aspirin a day for heart health.

Bayer is just a brand name for aspirin. Nobody under 25 should use it, it has been linked to Reye's syndrome in young people, especially if they have had flu like symptoms before taking the asprin. No it isnt bad for your heart, it thins the blood and allows an easier flow through the heart and rest of the circulation system. It also helps to prevent blood clotting. But this is for people who have a condition that a doctor has given them the instructions to take the aspirin. If a doc has not told you to take it, then dont. Asprin is bad for your stomach and liver. If you have a headache, use ibuprofin or acetaminophen. Avoid asprin at all costs, its not good for you at all.

No in fact they say in commercials that taking Bayer or any other aspirin during a heart attack could help save your life. Also taking aspirin on a regular basis along with diet can help prevent heart attack.

Nope, when taken in small dosages each day it is helpful, asprin is basically a blood thinner anyways. If you are concerned ask the Pharmacy.
