Not all the time. Sometimes it just drizzles, other times it mists. Last Saturday (October 1) it poured, however, and everyone was soaked to the skin in about 20 seconds.

=sometimes it pours and after you can see a beautiful rainbow. I especially love it when it rains cats and dogs!

Yes,it does pour.usually three storms close together and the bank account is the first to go in the flood.and I'm still looking for the boat.
