Second, no. Why would they need one? All their friends are there!
For those that say, "In case of an emergency," there is NO emergency that you could not use the office's phone, or that a teacher could not use his/her cell phone for.

I don't see why not . We've got guns coming in and out like a revolving door . It's not a bad idea for kids to have a quick way to caLL 9/11 IN THE CLASSROOM .
