I know a bit more, and have certainly experienced more...but truth be told, I'm not that much more mature.

Freshman in High School or College?
I'll assume High S: I look back and see how much maturity I have gained since I was 23!
Freshman year in HS...I was still in that fog of adolescence....I was a blank slate. Everything after freshman year changed me into what I am today...good AND bad.

I think the sad thing is is that I was more mature when I was a freshman. I am 26 years old and realize that I am in debt, and don't have any hopes or dreams. When I was a freshman, I balanced my checkbook, was on time for everything, went to school and had a full time job. No I sit on my butt and hope my check book stops bouncing.

Sure. Now i am wiser, more intelligent, not selfish, not light-minded, more experienced and learned that life is sometimes full of disappointments but still it's not the end of the world. My values system is higher and moral principles are stronger. And I also learned that NOT all men are dogs.
Oh my God, when I was a freshman i was one ignorant child! And how could I think that "those things" were cool?!

only graduated a couple of years ago, but through traveling, friends getting married dating, partying, college and working, hell yeah I've matured more than I ever thought I would! Its fun to look back and remember all the stupid things that I've done, but hey, I've got alot more growing up to do and more lessons to learn

No but I did visit my old elemtry that was odd. Things were so small. Teachers were the same size.
