i think i want to go out with one of my guy friends, but whenever i think of asking him out i hesitate. i really think i like him, and have the usual symptoms of blushing around him and constantly thinking of him. but i'm not sure if i really like him that much. how do you tell?

LOL O yea u do chica, welcome to my world!!! Okay I know how you feel because I just met this one guy at the begining of my skool year (6 weeks ago) and I already like him, he's unique and he's something special I can tell. But I know him he is not one to impulsively jump into relationships (unlike impulsive little me who already knows that I like him after only knowing him for 6 weeks) so I'm gonna be laid back and low key; and if it's meant to be something will happen between me and him on it's own so I will leave that up to fate because I may like him but that is what my intuition is telling me to do -to wait!!-
Don't just outwordly ask him out on a date -take a more indirect approach- give him hints and clues that you like him, and ask around to see if he feels the same way. Things that are meant to be (Fate) has a certain way of finding it's way to people. Good Luck Chica

there is no sure fire answer but from ur symptoms, it sounds like u think u do. so if u can't ask why don't u try sending him an invitation to meet u somewhere like a movie or coffee house or something of that nature. if he shows up at least u know he's interested enough to show up and u can take it from there. good luck

You just know that you do. It's in your gut really. The reason you're hesitating can be for so many reasons, but I'm guessing either rejection or the fact that he is your guy friend and that could be weird. Either way, good luck.

My best friend, a guy, and I dated for a little bit less than a month and we broke up because there was no romantic chemistry. Our friendship has completely changed, and I regret being his gf, because now I lost one of my closest friends.
Therefore, make sure how you feel and how he feels about you before you guys move to the next stage. Be careful and good luck.
