this a follow up to an earlier question about my flashers being on constantly. The outside lights are not flashing. and the flasher is flashing faster than when the left or right turn signals are on.

The COMBO switch is the switch that actually turns on a turn signal, and the wipers, and the dimmer, and the C/C, hence the term "Combination" switch.
As for the flashers, can't tell you where they are located. The fuses are in the ends of the dashboard. Open the doors and you can see a small plastic "door" that when removed will allow access to all the fuses.
If you remove the fuses, and the flasher is still flashing, it ain't a flasher, it is some other circuit control devise, like maybe a circuit breaker, or a dashboard voltage regulator or (?)...

Good Luck
