not to thread crap your post but honestly do not join that site since that dude is on referal. Yes I know that since I have been there. I am a college kid and I have learned the hard way.

Okay to answer your question:
-Constantly check this website out www.slickdeals.net check on the freebies forum and also on the deals forum.
-If you stay in your own apt, do not block junk mail from coming to your postal box. I mean the only worse thing it can do it fill up your trush can. Junk mail normally has coupons in the mail that can let you save money.
-Send companies thank you emails, companies like Kellogs etc send you coupons and you can use them.:)
-If you are a regular shopper, like for your apt, go to a rather small stored like Dollar General. This makes you spend less. In walmart, the more your see the more you want.
-Make a budget and place it on your fridge. That was you track what you really need and what is running low.
-You visit thrift store? well they are a rather cool place to be when you need to buy stuff for cheap and sell in on online stores just do the research on the articles that move.
-Well I apply such methods and more..Good luck..just avoid the quick ways to make money..since they are the worst ways..

Have you considered tutoring for extra cash??? There are alot of kids struggling in high school with things that you have breezed through. As for ways to save, shop around and don't be taken in by consumer marketing of brand names. Spend less than you earn. Don't buy what you don't really need. Eat at home instead of on the go. Buy used books instead of new. Carpool. Rent movies at home with friends instead of theater. Ask for college discounts when applicable. I could go on and on.
