i just looked at mine (sorry) and i have them on my chest too. but not on my abdomen. could be that you body is warm. if you are pregnant yes this does happen.

they're strech marks. don't freak out. you can buy creams to make them fade, but they will never go away. sorry..... it just means that your skin is streching without the rest of the body
