Sounds like he wants to move on but doesn't want you too. Just go on being happy without him and so what if he see and it bothers him? You are responsible for you own happiness. If he keeps bugging you, flat out tell him that the relationship is over and you hope he can go on and find his own happiness as you have.

Just spell it out to him if he is not getting the drift. DILLIGAF !! Do It Look Like I Give A Fudge ($%^#) LOL. Then tell him that he should share is conversation with someone really who cares because its not you.. Smile when you are saying this and continue being happy, even more so when he is around and you are with another guy and walk away from him and do not turn around to see his expression after the fact.. He should get the point that you don't want to hear what he has to say.

oh yeah babe, show him how HAPPY you are without him!!
can you tell him? dunno, to do it verbally you should know his language or have someone translate, it helps if you have a voice. can you spell? then you can figure out how to write it down. if you think he'll hurt you, go right next to a police officer and tell him there, and don't go home with him, he might shoot you.
