How can I find out about a news event that happened and obtain it from the news?

I am trying to find a news event that was broadcasted a few weeks ago as I missed it, were and who do I contatc to listen and view it?

You might contact a TV station in your area. They keep news film on file depending on the type of story and how big the story was. If the news station has a web site you can check there also.
