Most of my friends shop there and there mom's don't mind, infact, they shop together. I do wear a bra already but I don't know how to tell my mom I want to shop at Victoria's Secret. Any answers greatly appreciated!

My mom and I currently by our bras at Nordstrom. I think she likes them beacuse there models for underware aren't inappropriate looking. But I like VS bras beacuse they are cute and Nordstroms are just playing colors. And when the girls change for PE they all see each others bras and say "That is so cute!"

First, if youre really self concious, tell your mom that you are runnig short on underwear. Tell her that at Victoria's secret their is this sale that if u buy a pair of underwear from the PINK line, you will get one free and a free dog. Tell her calmly that you think the dog is cute and ask her if you can get a few new pairs. I garuntee she'll say yes. While you're there, discreetly look at the bra selection. If your mom notices, ask her if you can get one while your there. She'll probably say okay. If not, tell her that your other bras are kinda uncomfy and you want to find the right one.
Of course, it would probably be easier just to ask all of this right of the bat, but I know how you feel and this might be safer! Good luck!

Ask her to buy you a similar bra, but not at VS. Victoria's Secret is high-priced and the quality isn't even that great. Tell her your bras are too small and you need new ones. You can find nice bras for less at plenty of other stores.

Just tell her you would like to shop there since they have a line of underwear and bras geared towards the young women. I would just tell her and aske her if it is okay. It's not a big deal. If it is a matter of being afraid to ask her then I believe that if you want to wear shop at Victoria's Secret then you should be mature enough to ask your mom if it's okay. Good luck! I just bought some underwear from VS yesterday - PINK is so cute and comfy!

You're better off getting your bras and undies at a good department store. I used to buy at VS but after a while the bras and undies fall apart. I have spent so much there and the material does not hold up. Never Again. Save your money for quality not the name.

explain to her that they sell more than just bra's and underwear. Your mom may even like some of their casual or dress clothing....I love Victoria Secrets...they have amazing clothes that have value and their bra's and underwear are a great buy ! If you have one in a mall around you, I would suggest a casual walk with your mom while out shopping and take her into the store :)

If they have a Victoria's Secret in the mall where you live, take your mom shopping, and ask her to go in with you. Don't treat it like a big deal, and she won't either.

Don't feel shy, you are saying to your mummy, not to others. When you can ask advice from the public about your bra, why don't you ask your mummy to buy those bras.Now-a-days girls are talking frankly with their dads, so dont think that you cant say to your mummy. She can understand the problem because she was also passed through this stage.

Ah you poor kid...you are going through what kids have been going through for centuries, so don't feel you're alone..whether its hair or makeup or friends, shoes dating etc. all the above are right but if your Mom is a Conservative type...you're in for a hard sell; if you're afraid to ask her the answer is probably no...last resort...what kids have been doing for ever..hide them in the bottom of your bag, get to school, change in ladies room, then change back(I'll bet alot of your friends are doing the same thing) that's what my 2 daughter did about cars, friends, music...this is just a natural thing (being sneaky may even make it a little sexy) just have fun with it; both of my girls are doing fine in spite of all they did, both college grads and one a Masters;its not the end of the World if you get caught...then she will probably understand how important it was to you ...
PS Don't get me started on the question about GETTING INKED....SIMPLY DON'T DO IT WHERE IT SHOWS IN DAY TO DAY DRESS...

You could always take the its more durable route. Its true, Victoria Secret bras and underwear are made really well.

They have just as cute undies at Target, Wal-Mart and Ross. They will be much cheaper. Don't follow behind what you're friends are doing. Who cares where you get your undies anyway? No one will see them but you. I hope.
