Take any resistors that are in parallel and reduce them to their series equivalent (add the reciprocals of their resistances to get the reciprocal of the equivalent series resistance). Now take all the resistors that are in series and add them to get the total resistance. Work your way through all those clusters until you get to one final resistance.
