In automatic, just rev the engine to a bit below the redline (not so high that it could damage the engine), at the same time, push down on the brake. Gently lift your foot off of the brake until you feel the car breaking traction with the road. Then, just slightly adjust the pressure to keep the wheels spinning. Just be careful because it does damage your tires, transmission and engine.

Foot on brake, foot on gas but you don't need to rev it just under the red line. Your traction should break at 3000 RPM. But this is a good way to snap your axle.

you cant burn out in an automatic unless its RWD i believe
