Depending on how sensitive she is:
1. Very sensitive: ignore it and pretend it didn't happen. It's not like she can help it
2. A little sensitive: ignore it
3. No really sensitive: tease her in a friendly way about it
Don't get mad. Farting is part of life. One can't help farting sometimes even when we try to control it. I doubt if she did it on purpose or a lot right in front of your face.......and if she does you've got larger marital troubles than farting!
